Parts fit and didn't show much in wear

Magneto Plate w/ Points, Coils, Condensers 1956 Evinrude Fleetwin 7.5HP Mod 7520

That's why they say "as is", should be "needs parts"

Tested coils on plate before installing. 1 coil was bad. Have to buy another coil now. Would have been nice if coils would have been tested from seller and just told you that 1 was bad, could have gone ahead and ordered 1 to put it together and it would be running. Now have to order another coil.
