  Phone arrived with major scratches on three corners of the paint, which was not denoted in the description. Seller claims they didn't know about the scratches, but wasn't willing to talk about it (I provided pictures). The phone was also locked to AT&T, not unlocked. I had to contact AT&T customer support to take the OEM lock off the phone. Not a big deal, but frustrating. This could have made the phone useless for someone who didn't know you could unlock them, and some phones can't be unlocked.

  Sorry about the scratches, I should’ve offered the option to return. Phone was unlocked so I’m not sure why you thought it was. Hope you enjoy the phone.
