The best reel for Steelhead and Trout .
This is the best reel for Steelhead and Trout that you can buy, I've been using the ss1300 reels for 25 years of hard fishing and I'm just replacing them now.... They work in freezing temperatures when you hook into a 17 lb steelie it performs...It has the extra large drag washers that allows the pressure to remain even and stable ...... No need to take your gloves off in freezing cold weather to use it either...... going on a remote fishing trip these are the reels I pack....
