Canada's Wilderness Lands

Wonderfully written and illustrated book depicting all of Canada's most beautiful wilderness. It was breath-taking for me as a US person who has only visited a few select border sites in Canada. It was also beneficial for me to be able to learn where all the provinces and territories of Canada are, and which US states they border. Very little of this type of geography is taught in the US. Definitely a good learning tool for anyone wishing to learn how beautiful the uninhabited places are.

Great substitution list!

Best American Test Kitchen Gluten Free cookbook yet! I needed Gluten Free plus Dairy Free recipes. This is a wonderful book explaining why certain things should be used and which can be substituted for best results. Highly recommend this book!
