Seemed ok but didn't work for me
Purchased to allow the use of older (large plug) genuine Dell power adaptors with newer (small socket) Dell laptops (also 19V). Two purchased, one for (genuine Dell) mains power supply and one for (genuine Dell) in car charger. Both power supplies work done with old laptop, but in both cases the new laptop using these adaptors recognises that there is something plugged in, but will not charge. Cheap enough to experiment with, but if you want to give it a try I'd recommend buying one to try before committing to multiples...
