  Great item at a very good price. I was so delighted to receive it, the doll is exactly as described and in perfect condition. It was well packaged and postage was okay, perhaps slightly dearer than other similar items. But as it arrived in excellent condition I didn’t mind. I would definitely recommend this seller and will keep an eye out for similar items in the future.

  I was overcharged for shipping (the postage label showed approx $30 but paid $80) and it was wrapped in a single layer of bubble wrap. Understandably, the doll was too big for a box, but an extra layer or two of bubble wrap wouldn't have gone astray. Communication was otherwise excellent, the seller did strive to ship out on time. The doll was mostly in the same condition as the photo, but the front of the box had collapsed slightly in the mail which forms part of the collector's value.

  Always great condition capsules but still wish an inch of sticky tape was provided to hold each wrapped roll of a dozen capsules from bursting open during shipping and ending up all over the box has been frustrating with last few orders! Sticky tape is cheap and putting it on a wrapped roll will take a few seconds! Please consider!
