Pulls your hair, doesn’t curl and smells
1 of 2 found this helpful I owned one of these years ago and I loved it so when my designer iron broke I decided to go back to it unfortunately something must have changed. It smells horribly and pulls my hair out it doesn’t glide at all and the plates barely pivot I cannot even make it curl with the iron. I wish I had saved the box to return.
