Very thin and light material
Much thinner than expected. Might be okay for a static display on a garage wall, but I don't see how they'd hold up outside. Description and pictures make them sound better than they are, but I guess the price should've been the giveaway.

Overall a good book, but title is misleading
0 of 1 found this helpful Good book, but title is misleading. The book covers the basics, but the "200 Patterns" but is where it comes up short.
The patterns part of the book is simply a catalog of materials needed for each fly.
Being familiar with some of them, a novice, or even some intermediate tiers, may need some specific step by step instructions with some of the flies.
While the general basics will allow you to figure out most of them, some require a specific order or technique to successful tie them.
Overall, a good book. But don't expect any details about how to tie any specific fly.

Crazy to not have one
This screen cover is a no-brainer. After spending hundreds of dollars on my fish finder, and having a high resolution screen, the last thing I want is a bunch of scratches on it. For the cost of this cover, you'd be crazy to not have one.
