fantastic lens. great upgrade on kit zooms.
just restarted photography after I found out that my old slr lenses work on a dslr. £100 and a Canon EOS 500D later I found that the Canon zoom lenses were as unsatisfactory on the new camera as on my old 500 film so thought I'd try this before going back to the iphone. Glad I did. it's wonderfull!. Clear pictures in low light: brilliant. you zoom by walking backwards and forwards, who'd have thought it? i'm now going to sell the zooms and get a 50mm...
