Faulty product

Unfortunately the new pipe was faulty and our radiator emptied after paying £100 to have it fitted and driving less than 10 miles. We’ve had to complete a very detailed warranty form and are awaiting a response as to whether they will provide a free replacement. Still then got to pay out to have the replacement one fitted. Not very happy.
