Has SD card -- and upgrades to Windows 10

Found Windows (originally W 8.1) to be fast and responsive which was a surprise to me. Screens are very responsive and may be 'battered around' without any 'jumps' or 'sticks'. Beautiful looking phone in every way. Using the 'upgrade advisor ' app, it not only upgrades to Windows 10 -- but incredibly -- it actually upgrades the firmware itself, so that on subsequent 'factory resets', either by menu or 'hard button sequence', it comes back to Windows 10 directly. That is simply fabulous. Everything is then even better of course. I have also bought a very cheap wireless charger and found the intrinsic wireless charging works extremely well. Not only that -- having bought a 'black one', I have purchased, for a few pounds, a 'green back', which also has the wireless charger pad on it -- and found that to be utterly reliable too. I have a 64GB SD in mine (I think it takes up to 256GB), up-firmwared to Windows 10, and absolutely love it.

Great value but the transparent cap is way too tight

Great value but the transparent cap is way too tight. It's almost impossible to get it off unless you don't push it fully on.

After 2 weeks -- no batteries -- no replies to enquiries

Two weeks later still have not received any batteries -- and still have not received any acknowledgements to my repeated enquiries regarding this from market-warehouse-uk Not a happy experience!!
