Look nice but something wrong
Valve rocker felt crunchy so i took the cylinder head cover apart and it had sand in the bushing and on the o-ring. Obviously they did not take it apart b4 sand blasting nor rebuild or replace any parts in the cover (o-ring, etc.). The Parts are clean and look nice but when I assembled the head and new piston and cylinder something was ticking/vibrating. I disassembled and reassembled several times and inspected and could not find the problem. Exhaust is tight, I replaced the cam, cam chain gear, chain adjuster, adjusted the valves to almost closed, still there. Put my old piston, cylinder, head and cover back on and no ticking/vibration sound at mid to high RPMs (very loud). I'm sure they'll say it's a "break in noise" but it's not. At $500 for the cylinder and $500 for the head I'm out $1k. You can get a rebuilt motor for $1500 so I'd suggest going that route or have your own parts machined locally. Mine was already oversized once so I couldn't.

Clean, good quality but something is wrong?
I had a rattle noise at mid to high RPM. Tried fixing other parts like the cam chain, tensioner, etc. and it didn't go away. Put my old cylinder back on and noise is gone. Piston slap? wrist pin? don't think so but don't know. Haven't narrowed it down to new cylinder, cylinder head, head cover, rockers or what. I'd like to return it since I'll just run my old parts to they're dead. Was just looking for a refresh but the kids want to ride and I don't want to trouble shoot.

Didn't hold charge
Fit great, worked fine for about an hour. Had it on a trickle charger full time before use. Went camping and ran my quad on and off over a week at a total time of maybe an hour then it died. Put it back on the trickle charger over night and was dead. Checked and quad is charging fine, 13-14V. Was slow to ask for an exchange, was about 4 months and they told me my warranty expired. Paid a little more and got a better brand, so far so good. If the same thing happens I'll update this review.
