Ludwig Amazing and well thoughtout products
For me Ludwig seem to be stagnant on hardware inovation for decades. Not sure what happened, but NOW producing some of if not the best hardware available. Atlas pedals are as good or BETTER than pedals costing $1000.00 - case closed. Oh, by the way for $300 you get top and bottom spring bearing and ZERO play extension universal joint, and beefy construction. Yes ZERO play!!!! Other drum manufacturers only offered zero play extension between pedals for $1000 or more. Furthermore, I was pondering manufacturing my own hardware especially a snare stand snare grips which do not protrude out rubbing your legs while playing the bass drum. Well, happen to see the Ludwig snare stand (top of line model) Exactly what I was wishing for. A snare stand that grips the drum vertically with the snare and NOT protrude outward interfearing with playing. I was surprised at the Ludwig QUALITY construction, current drummer market place awareness and great price. Congratulations Ludwig paying attention to drummers needs, wants and desires.

Shure KSM 141 really great mic
Shure designed the KSM 141 around a Scheops design with preferred mechanical pattern selector instead electrical. You cant go wrong with really nice sound and Shures reputation of quality guarantees. Buy one or two!!! I bought three!
