great book for lovers of the Jewish Ashkenazi kitchen
I bought it for my wife. she was very happy about it. she said she wanted this book for ages but it was too expensive for her.
the book itself is high quality. my wife said that it is written well and the content is valuable.

not built well - breaks after first use
it seems like a good product. i had to inflate my spare tire with 60PSI and the device exploded in its first use ):
