Solid build, ok finish, over all good
I got these chrome cover because lowbrow customs doesn't have there chrome covers in stock. I believe these are about $10 more than lowbrow's. The construction is solid, it's a thicker gauge steel which is good. They fit my 2007 Harley Sportster 883 well. You may have to pull on them to line up the cover's clearance over your fork lowers. There is only one tab to hold it in place on the lower fork clamp but it works well once lined up. There are no directions, But lowbrow has a video on YouTube for there cover (same style). You have to take off the front end to install (brake, wheel, forks). Also, you can't run a front fender without modification for clearance.
My only complaint is the quality of the finish. The chrome is good and thick but you can see the weld seems if you look close. Also the bottom of the tube wasn't cut perfectly straight, you can't tell unless you are face to face with the cover though.
I put in pictures of the unfinished fender bracket I made to fit the fender. I will notch out semi circles to clear the fork covers.

Great for the price
I have not road tested them but they fit my 1971 yamaha dt250 like a glove. they seem flexible enough and like they wont crack under use. I would buy again for my next set. The air release holes seem just the right size to let air escape and keep water and dirt out.
