Not bad for the price!
Perhaps the people who gave this faucet a bad rating didn’t install it correctly! Flow rate is governed by water pressure and a clean aerator screen and if the water valves were turned on full and not part way! While it’s not a top of the line faucet, it’s not bad for the price!

Lock is OK but the iPhone app sucks!
Lock works great but the iPhone App sucks, it doesn’t stay active in the background and sometimes I have to bring the app up to refresh it or exit the app and restart it! When it works it’s great when it doesn’t work it usually when I really need to get into the house fast, like when I really need to use the rest room after a long drive home!
