Made my Dell Vostro 3560 like new again!
My old Vostro 3560 is a few years old, and would definitely benefit from a re-install of various SW (it's still running Win 7 and its original IE install). It's been getting slower, and was really grinding along at times (often using around 80%+ of available RAM). As a quick fix, I replaced the original 1 x 4GB of OE RAM with 2 x 4GB of this Crucial RAM, and it's like a new PC again, typically using only around 35% of the new total RAM, so with plenty of RAM still available. I might have got away with simply adding a single 4GB module, but as this new RAM has a significantly faster clock speed, I didn't want to risk the system either throttling that back to match the old module's clock speed, or reducing stability if the old module was trying to run faster than the manufacturer originally declared. Simple, two minute, installation. No need to alter any BIOS settings, the Dell simply recognised the new total capacity and clock speed, and everything now runs great. I could have bought cheaper RAM, but I simply wanted a good level of confidence that this would be an easy, robust upgrade, without any hassles, and it was!

Better build quality than expected for the money
Robustly built, quite well finished (mid grey, shiny, Hammerite type coating) with well thought-out design features. Works very well as a travel/emergency cage. Big enough to comfortably house a medium sized bird (for short periods), but small enough to carry through doorways without knocking the bird or your woodwork around. Maybe not all the bars are 100% straight or parallel, but that's nit-picking - it's a bird cage, the bars are never going to be super tough, it looks fine, and it's plenty good enough for the job. More importantly, it's easy to assemble, with decent instructions, and the screws/fixings are better than expected, too.

Quality OEM parts at a great price!
1 of 1 found this helpful The latest, quality, FOX parts at a very good price. As you'd expect, everything fits and works perfectly, even on a 2009 fork. Recommend you also buy the FOX install tool - a Delrin bar, with a recess to support and guide the dust seals as you press them in to the fork's lower legs - as the SKF seals are quite stiff (good for longevity, but tricky to press in 'square', without a tool. Easy with the right tool, though).
