Simple and reliable
I am very happy with this guitar. It is accurate in its tuning and plays very nicely. Although it was marked as 'used' it feels like it has been played very little. The body and fingerboard were very dry to the touch so I have oiled it and it is starting to get a warmer tone.

Why did I not think of this before?
Accurate, quiet, adjustable, efficient. Like all Makita stuff, well made. Use it anywhere.

Improvement on the H1, but not perfect.
The recording quality is as good as ever. Why I don’t give it 5 stars is because I still need to get the results onto my iPad without having to go through iTunes on my Mac and having Apple grab it all. So a bluetooth facility would have solved that. It’s still a bit 20 th century technology.
