  I had contacted the seller to verify the NFC keys were there and she stated everything would be in the package as a new one would have. It was missing the NFC keys, had hardware snapped off inside the unit, and missing atleast one of every type of hardware needed to install and secure everything. Was shipped in a timely manner. I had contacted about all the missing hardware and heard nothing back once I provided pictures and the details. Was not new as stated and very obviously used.

  I received the item pretty quickly after communicating with the seller. It was a bunch of bad circumstances but I totally understood. Once I received the package, I took photos and shared with the seller it was actually missing a piece and broken leaving the item unusable and she immediately refunded me without any trouble. I really appreciate the speed and honesty even despite such a terrible time she was going through.
