  Seller stated item shipped. Several weeks and no contact from seller. I emailed and seller said he would ship next day, stated they were trying to find cheaper shipping as they under estimated shipping cost. I told seller I still wanted item and he said he would again send item. Next day I get a notice of a refund. This was an auction, I won. Where is my item. If price was an issue you should have listed it differently. I passed on one cheaper because I had bid on this one.
