Well constructed noisy and below average charge would be similar to MPT not MPPT
0 of 1 found this helpful I bought 2 of these i also have 6 of other various brands of similar value all are in same aspect with same configuration of panels but these are always the lower charge at least 3 amps.
They are noisy because of the fan but the do work and seem be well constructed.

Preassure two high for the build of the moter
Two pumps one lasted 7 hours and twisted the armature shaft off inside the motor housing.
The second pump lasted 1.5 days then the micto switch burnt out.
Would be better pump if only pumped to 130 PSI not 160.
Not built strongenough for 160 PSI
The pressure switch can't to be adjusted.
