    The book arrived water damaged due to poor handling by the courier. Seller was so kind to send another copy. I was willing to pay for it again as it wasn't seller's fault for poor handling but the seller insisted on sending a new one at no cost. Seller's messages are so courteous and show alot of respect. Seller very professional. I was in awe on how this handled. I'll definitely keep coming back even if their books are more expensive. The generosity just really overwhelmed me. Thank you so much
