FAKE! I knew the majority of sellers items are fake but figured an amethyst would be ok given how common it is, but it's also glass. You can see the lines where the sections have been bonded with the naked eye. I'm opting to take the loss instead of returning so I can leave feedback warning others. I have over 30 years experience as a professional high end jeweler and have been working with gemstones since I was a child, I can identify nearly any stone easily & currently own 100s of amethysts.
