Inexcusably bad "mastering" job - Disappointed AoN fan
"The Art of Noise - live and digitally UN-mastered!" What happened here?!? The audio levels on this CD are WAY low. This sounds like it was straight out of the sound board with zero audio sweetening and the aforementioned faint sound levels. The in-between song banter is unintelligible without cranking the volume up to the moon. Not the most spectacular live performances of these songs, but this still could have been a cool historical artifact for fans of the band if somebody could have bothered to pay attention to elementary sound engineering. Apparently the band wasn't in the approval chain for test pressings.
