the equipment is causing crackling and snapping noises

The workout is on a hold since the machine seems to feel as if it is going to break down. I am really into this Maxiclimber work out sessions and now I have to stall my workouts again. The first machine I purchased did this same crackling and snapping sound on the same left foot pad. I did not purchase insurance then but now I did. I want to know how to aquire the proper documents to file a claim immediately. Where can I down load thise forms so that I can get my machine fixed or replaced fast.
