The Ultimate Rotisserie Cookbook by Diane Phillips
1 of 1 found this helpful I love this cookbook it is awesome. There are so many good recipes to choose from with rubs, marinades, and sauces and she gives great tips on how to use a rotisserie. That was great for me because I didn't know a lot about a rotisserie or how to use it. I purchased a used Showtime rotisserie that didn't have the cookbooks with it. After reading many reviews of other rotisserie cookbooks, I chose this one. Boy am I glad I did, as it was an excellent choice. Diane's recipes are simple to make and they don't require tons of extra ingredients. In fact she uses some basic spices in several recipes, which is great because you are not forced to buy items you might only use once or twice a year. I highly recommend this cookbook.
