Courage Under Fire.
Denzel at his best. You can really feel his pain and anguish over the entire film. Meg Ryan is awesome. Her as an action style hero was a very pleasant surprise.

Vangelis, still great after so many years.
I heard this album for the first time in jr. high. That makes it more than 25 years ago. I happened accross a track a couple of weeks back and it took me right there again. This was one of the first electronic music albums I ever heard and it really stuck with me. The first track, Pulstar, and the last, the album's name sake, Albedo 0.39, are my favorites. The voice-over on Albedo 0.39 giving stats about the Earth is very calming and informative at the same time.
I highly suggest this album because it made such a mark on me as I know it will to anyone else who listens.
