Bible for Hypothyoid Patients
I have recently been diagnosed with a Hypothyroid and I love this book. It really explains everything from Symptoms to types of Tests to check it verses types of medication.
It also includes real life examples and a recap at the end of every chapter of important info you should take note of.
For a Condition that isn't as obvious such as a Broken Leg, it's nice to have my thoughts & symptoms confirmed and have direction of how to proceed so that over time I can feel better & be myself once again (with engery!).
