Nice looking decals but why cover whole sheet with decal film? Makes for awkward application if user not aware.
This is the only decal set I could find with a Camaro "bumblebee" strip and was the main reason I bought it. Decal would have been easy to apply and it is durable and did not "silver" when applied. However, I can only give 4 stars because, being used to modeling scale aircraft and warship kits, I am used to the decal film for each decal extending only a small distance around the edges of the decal. For this set, the clear decal film for all of the decals covers the entire sheet of paper, but on white paper, this was not noticeable and I cut out the bumblebee stripe leaving a large margin (ranging from 1/4 inch to 1/2 inch) so the decal would be easier to hold with tweezers and apply with a brush. I did not realize that would all be extra clear film that would go on the model until I had softened the decal in water and the film started to come loose. I had far too much clear decal film to apply in a small and tight area of the vehicle. I was able to do a decent job applying and smoothing the clear edges but they are still more visible than I would have liked, resulting in a decent job but not the best. I would have cut the margins differently if I had realized the decal film covered the entire sheet. I wanted future purchasers to be aware of this, to me, unusual situaton, before cutting out their decals.
