Great for the apps and for tracking sleep, fitness etc. Just not a great watch.
I got this watch to help with some health decisions I am making and the apps do work quite well. The sleep app and those for measuring heart rate and O2 rate do a very good job from what I can tell after one week of wearing the watch.
The one thing I do not like is the watch itself. It is hard to read in daylight and it doesn't always show the time when I raise my wrist and I often have to default to pushing a button to see the time. When the time does appear it is for a split second and often not enough time to get all the readings I want to see. Perhaps there is a way to lengthen the time before the display disappears and I just haven't found it yet, I'm not sure.

Probably a decent product but I advise trying on first.
The size was not correct. I am the same size with all the other brands I buy but this one was too wide and too long. I added insoles which helped a bit but when I cinch the laces tight enough you can see the folds in the leather.
