You asked for an immediate refund and return - so we did just that. The product has 6 months from the date of manufacture, so your particular box had been in stock for a while (winter is not so popular for ice cream nougats). Apologies, the shelf life did not meet your expectations.

This seller was given ample time to apologise and rectify the problem which he failed to do, hence the customer's request for a refund. (1) He could have sent out another box with the correct sell by date.(2) He could have apologised.(3) He could have contacted me to sort out the problem.. He did none of the above. Now having received negative feedback he blames the customer.....absolutely priceless.

My parcel arrived super fast, and very well package. Each box was in perfect condition, and as for taste? Wow, exactly as tablet should taste. It deserves to be given awards every year. It is as described, slightly crisp on the outside and then soft and delicious on the inside.
