accepted damaged tube, immediately blamed me for the quality in which it arrived in, was happy to have a discussion and remedy the situation, however, when dealing with a Karen who wants to throw rules at you and demand a refund, its impossible to please. good luck anyone who sells to this buyer, even Ebay didn't accept her refund.
