Why I buy OEM products - Husqvarna string line trimmer carburetor
I could have bought a cheaper aftermarket item for $50AUD, because Husqvarna is a quality brand and I were trouble shooting by changing out parts, paying $90AUD for the OEM part makes perfect sense.
For the extra $40 I knew if it didn't fix the problem I could confidently move on to another area, both knowing I'm using a good quality product and knowing the air/fuel mixture, idle speed and max rev stop are all pre-set to suit the application.
As it did fix the problem I know there is far less possibility of the problem occurring again due to using OEM parts.
