Poor design
1 of 1 found this helpful This was advertised to work with the monitoring system. It was supposed to lift the tanks to give clearance for the monitors that attach to the bottom. They don’t lift them high enough so are not effective. If you want them to cushion the bottom of the tank so no metal on metal they work fine. But if you are purchasing for the sole reason I did, they don’t work well.

Typical Taiwan product
Was not a perfect fit. The plastic was thicker at the end that goes towards the from so it sticks out farther than the body of the car.

Parts
Ford does not manufacture the plastic components of the mirror. I just needed the front trim which would have cost me $1300 for a full replacement mirror with BLIS, telescoping, heat, adjustable, power folding. This was a great alternative to get the parts I needed.
