    My parcel arrived with Australia Post, but they refused to give it to me, saying that there was some kind of mistake. The driver rang his boss and spoke in his own language, so I don't know what was said. He refused to leave it with me. I sent the seller a message to find out the issue. He messaged me saying the parcel was damaged, which I could clearly see it was not. Being work boots it would be extremely hard to damage.
