  Tim provided great communication. Because these pieces were all glass, I was worried about them breaking. Man these were packaged so securely that you could have kicked the package across a field and they would be safe!!! Shipping was quick and description was right on point. Thanks Tim!   One of the best wrapped packages I’ve ever received! Five layers of protective cardboard and bubble wrap brought my purchase safely here. It’s is beautiful and I love it.   Item arrived as described and very well packaged. It arrived very quickly. I think the shipping costs could have been reduced if a smaller box and 1 less sheet of bubble wrap used. The ashtray would have still been very well protected and shipping may have been cheaper.

  I'm not sure what I could have done to cut shipping costs, which were known to you prior to your purchase. With glass items, I don't take chances, for when I do, they can arrive broken. I'm glad your item arrived safely!
