Cheap and cheerful

This torch has roughly the brightness of my Energiser pocket torch but has a more pinpoint beam meaning the light is focused on a small spot with little side spread. It works ok but is not as I expected. The LED has no heatsink so cannot be driven hard. T6 Cree is rated at 1000 lumens with a heat sink so the claimed 6000 lumens is not correct.

Very Bright

This light has an excellent beam pattern and is very bright (beats a 10 watt halogen). It gives a very nice spread of light in front and ahead of the bike. It doesn't come with wires so you need to order or make your own. Looking from behind the light the 2 pins on left of switch are power in, earth is marked. 2 pins on the right are for tail light.
