Good advice
2 of 2 found this helpful I've always been a firm believer that we are the only ones who have control over our own happiness. This book put simply and eloquently into words just that. No matter your religion or your reality, there's something to be learned here. This book is about how we treat ourselves and how we choose to live our lives - and the freedom that comes from being good to yourself and to others. I didn't like how repetitive it was, and a bit too "New Age" for me. But some very good points, and thought provoking.

Don't make assumptions
Always do your best
