The same stuff they sell at stores, only cheaper.

Guidance, clarity and purpose. This book can help you in all facets of life
1 of 1 found this helpful I had been following Steve Pavlina for a while now so when I found out he had a book out, I obviously had to get it. This book is not simply a copy paste from his blog, it centres on the principles that he believes to be fundamental for personal growth and happiness in life. The Second part of the book then goes into practical applications of the principles to the important facets of life.
Cons would be that it's probably too short but that's because I really enjoyed reading it. His blog has enough reading material for a lifetime though so it's not a major problem.
I haven't read too many self help books but the style of writing is certainly very engaging so it's hard not to put the book down after reading a few lines. He doesn't beat around the bush and gets straight to the point so that you take action instead of being paralyzed by analysis.
