Good for specific application
1 of 1 found this helpful Good solution for retrofitting to high (3.5m) difficult to reach windows for ventilation. Maximum opening of 130mm is sufficient in our situation to allow the escape of hot air. Operation is in two sequences, open/close and lock, which makes it appear slow but all is achieved with the touch of a button.
