  Extremely old fax machine, replacing one I owned many years ago. Hoping this could have been great (the price was decent but the shipping high. I was hoping it was worth it) Presented as used but in good working order. Arrived quickly but in original old box, no other shipping protection, with holes, cracks, and damage to internal parts, dirty and smoky. The seller immediately refunded my money in 24 hours after complaint.

  The item was in good working order and from a smoke-free environment. It was packed as well as I was able. Unfortunately, our USPS is notorious for mishandling shipments which was the case here. I lost money on this transaction because I did not save the shipping receipt once it was delivered and I was unable to file a claim.
