Roomba 530 - A good cleaner for hardwood floors.
My wife and I had a Roomba 530 that had been working hard for over two years. All hardwood floors in house. One day Roomba just started going backwards and not cleaning. I was getting around to fixing it for over a month (maybe 2) and the wife mentioned how many dust bunnies were collecting. I did finally fix it (great information on the web) and it was amazing how much it collected on the first run. It is also amazing that this "toy" that my wife did not appreciate me buying was now a real "cleaner" that my wife missed to the point that she was wanting me to get a replacement. Get the Roomba that self docks and charges. Put your wastebasket next to it so it is easy to empty. Push clean button when you go to work. When you come home just empty the Roomba bin and it is ready for the next cleaning day. Works great on hardwood floors. Works okay on carpet.

Will work for Grasshopper front deck
This wheel will work for a 61" inch front deck mower of a grasshopper 721D mower. You will have to (1) use "as is" with spacers on each side of the tire to hold it between the deck swivel forks or (2) remove the pressed in bearings and put in 2 of these grasshopper parts (120048) special bearings in place of the removed bearings on each wheel. I did option #2 and they seem to work well.

This Dell C2665DNF is a great low cost Multi-function color machine.
This printer has everything you need for a small business office. Scans to Network file or Email address in color. Allows incoming fax's to Network file, Email address or hard copy. Users can print to the Dell as a color printer or as a fax machine. Works great as a color copier. Creates PDF's ALL in COLOR.
Local copier company wanted almost 4K for a Toshiba color that would do the same thing and they wanted a service contract. At less than $500.00 this Dell replaced our old Toshiba B/W copier and our HP fax machine that ate $ 40.00 inkjet cartridges as well as our HP 3600N color printer. With the auto sheet feeder to scan documents this replaced our Secretary that was manually scanning documents into her one page scanner. This Dell multifunction machine is a laser toner based machine so no wasted inkjet cartridges. Ebay laser toner seems to be less than $ 100.00 for a set of all 4 cartridges. I looked all over for a Multifunction that was not inkjet based and would cost less than $ 1,000.00 with low operating cost. Look no further. This is the one to get. I am even tempted to get another one to replace our other HP 3600n. Power saver mode when idle helps lower energy cost.
Downside : A bit hard to setup for scanning to Network. The manual is a bit "cryptic" in Network and Email address setup so a search of the Web produced a step by step procedure that another owner had developed. The setup is in a sub-menu of a sub-menu so it is a bit hard to find. Also had one paper jam that we almost had to dissect the printer to get that "last bit of jammed paper" before it would clear. Have noticed that the manual scan a single page is slightly shifted but acceptable. This thing is HEAVY so a solid table is a must. In hindsight, we should have gotten the optional additional paper tray even though the included paper tray holds almost an entire ream of paper. The optional paper tray can be added later which almost doubles the paper holding amount.
