I had to sweat it out after no response from inquiry email. Not until a refund was requested a week after winning the bid did I hear anything and the item shipped. Wouldn't have been a big deal, just need to know what's going on.

No surprise that after bouncing around it arrived with pieces broken and rattling around inside. Probably the worst packing job I've seen. Upon returning the computer, had to get eBay involved to get a refund. Lost a coupon I used for the sale as that doesn't get refunded, so missed out on that opportunity. Overall just a very bad transaction.
