  I am not sure what happened here. Two out of the three items were defective on this Snap On plier set. I contacted the seller and he agreed for a return. I returned the item and requested the seller contact me and heard nothing. A few weeks later eBay notified me that the return case was reviewed and not eligible for a return. Now I have nothing and am out about $175. I recommend Snap On tools only be purchased out of a retail truck.
