Leaks from stem straight out of the package
Bought this to replace the same model that was leaking around the stem on the upstroke, the new one leaks in the same place. I went to Whale's website and filled in the form under the support section explaining the problem, three days later still no response. Called Whale's support number, no one available to answer the phone, left a message. So far a waste of money.
Update, called Attwood it seems they are the US contact for Whale, got through to support immediately, the lady (Mary) was very helpful asked that I supply a picture of the pump and the receipt and promised to send a replacement. Upgraded to 4 stars.
