Not quite what I expected
I have tried a few versions of Zataar and this one wasn't my favourite. it lacked taste/flavour and the thyme was a bit woody.
I think it definitely lacks something but cant figure out what.
Other Zataar looks much greener (and almost a soft crumbly look) and is more of a mix of ingredients as opposed to individual spices which stand out.
I should have looked at the photo as it was a clear representation of the contents.
Good price I guess and good quality- yes, but still disappointed.

My favourite
I'm fairly new to Zataar but this one is definitely the closest to the original one i tasted from Jordan. The flavours are lovely and it looks so appetising. (lovely simply sprinkled over bread which ahs been drizzled with olive oil)
I did try another brand and regretted it. Came quickly back to Yasmia's Zataar. :-)

At first i thought it might be a tad small as it wouldn' close perfectly but within a few hours it was fine. It is exactly what i wanted!
