Big bang for the buck!!!
Just got these wheels, so I have not ridden them...
although, I have a set of Vuelta ZeroLite Pro road wheels...these Croft wheels appear to be a clone of them...as a matter of fact, they came with Vuelta skewers...hmmm.
Anyways, first impressions:
Wheels spin straight and round.
Cartidge bearings spin smoothly without any catching or grinding noticed.
I've had my Vuelta road wheels for several years, use them as my training wheels, and have not had a problem with them at all. They have stayed true and round, so I am expecting these clones to be comparable.
For the price and what I got, I feel these wheels are an excellent deal...not junk, not super-dope...just a good go-to wheelset. 24 hole rims may be sketchy if I decide to ride them hard, but using for a niner build that my kids will use around town...probably won't see much off-roading.
