Brighter than expected

This 4 watt bulb was supposed to be equivalent to a 25 watt incandescent light bulb, but is more like a 40 watt bulb in brightness.

Not the usual blue tinted light but instead it's a warmer yellow/white light. I like it better. Less harsh.
