A problem solver
This item is a way to get a reasonable replacement for a Modutek "lightbox" VU meter that is no longer available. Fit requires a little attention, but form and function are perfectly acceptable.

The next step in home temperature control.
I have a particular situation with my home. I'm not there all the time, so I can't monitor it directly. There are pipes in a basement/crawl-space, and another set of pipes in a space in the floor that is elevated above open ground. It is insulated but might be subject to freezing. I could overheat the house to be sure that doesn't happen, but with the Ecobee and a few sensors I can monitor the temperature in the floor and in the crawl space and remotely adjust the heat in the house to keep those spaces above freezing when I'm not there. Pure peace of mind.
