Goerge Mikes' ' How to be an Alien'
This is the fist famous work of George Mikes. In his own words Mikes said that this book was aimed at
'telling' the British ( or the English) what he thought about them. But true to their English Spirit the people of the British Isles found this book 'quite amusing' . This is a great bedside book to read and enjoy - again and again. George Mikes wrote many other books - some more funny than this one - However he always remained the 'author' of How to be an Alien.

Must have for English language aficionados
Fantastic Dictionary. Very Elaborate. Thorough Definitions with select illustrations. Would recommend for any serious student of English Language
